I have bought this controller for my son to play his ipad 2, from the shop I could not test the controller unless I paid first, after I bought and test but unable to use on his ipad 2. But I have tested Ipad Mini and Iphone 5 and above and it works smoothly. Item considered new as I have only tested out and put back to box.it comes with 1 full year warranty and 7 days one to one exchange.
